Беспроводной комбоусилитель для электрогитары Nux Mighty Air Bluetooth может перестать включаться или выдавать звук. Рассмотрим слабое место этого устройства и его ремонт.

Разборка
Снимаем защитную сеточку динамиков и откручиваем винты, которые держат переднюю панель с динамиками.
Для диагностики нас интересует в первую очередь главная плата, которая прикручена к задней части корпуса.
На плате MIGHTY AIR MB_190816 расположены:
- Bluetooth модуль ATS2825_V1.2 на основе микросхемы ATS2825;
- Процессор i.MXRT1061 (Cortex-M7);
- Микросхема усилитель ТРА 3136D2;
- И другие микросхемы и элементы.
Ремонт
После диагностики стало ясно, что сломалась звуковая микросхема усилитель ТРА3136D2. В России встретить такую деталь редкость, но нам повезло и через два дня мы уже занимались заменой микросхемы на новую.
После замены микросхемы звук появился.
Судя по импровизированному теплоотводу из олова, микросхема эта греется при интенсивной нагрузке на большой громкости. Так как клиент спешил и ремонт был ограничен бюджетом, мы не стали придумывать дополнительный радиатор и его фиксацию, но в теории это можно организовать.
Вывод
Начинка комбоусилителя Nux Mighty Air Bluetooth внушительная, но микросхема усилителя может выйти из строя. В теории можно улучшить ее конструкцию охлаждения.

This device had already been attempted to be repaired at another service center before it was brought to us, so it was given to us with the mesh already detached.
In the photo on our website, you can see that the red frame on the left is already broken, meaning it is fragile.
Please be careful when extracting the mesh.
We can assume that the mesh needs to be removed using a metal spudger, starting closer to any corner, as there are visible thickenings on the mesh precisely at the corners, and they might be what’s holding it in place.
When prying the mesh with the spudger, it’s important to consider that it might cause a dent on the plastic frame or remove some of the black coating on the mesh.
If the spudger doesn’t work to lift the mesh, another option might be to make a hook out of a paperclip and pull it through one of the mesh holes.
If the mesh is held firmly in the frame and still doesn’t come out, there might be adhesive underneath. Usually, this can be weakened by applying heat with a hair dryer (using a low heat setting). Be careful not to overheat the speakers. If heating with the hair dryer doesn’t help weaken the adhesive, we sometimes use a small amount of alcohol locally or another suitable liquid.
